Nickel Plating

Nickel Plating

Nickel Plating

Provides improved wear resistance and corrosion protection for precision shafts, bushings, and threaded components.

Anodizing

Anodizing

Anodizing

Forms a durable oxide layer on aluminum turned parts to improve corrosion resistance and surface hardness.

Grinding, Brushing & Polishing

Grinding, Brushing & Polishing

Grinding, Brushing & Polishing

Refining metal surfaces through mechanical grinding to remove tool marks and achieve a smooth base. We offer two primary finishing directions: Brushed finish, which creates a uniform linear grain for a clean, technical appearance; and Polished finish, which delivers a highly reflective, mirror-like surface suitable for decorative and optical parts.

Bead Blasting

Bead Blasting

Bead Blasting

Creates a uniform matte texture while reducing visible turning marks. Commonly applied to aluminum and stainless steel parts.

Passivation

Passivation

Passivation

Chemical treatment removing surface contaminants and enhancing the natural corrosion resistance of stainless steel parts. Critical for medical, aerospace, and precision industrial applications.

CNC Turning Across Industries

Our CNC turning capabilities serve a wide range of sectors, including automotive, medical, robotics, and aerospace industries.

CNC Lathe Tolerances & Standards

We apply ISO 2768-m (Medium) as our standard tolerance for turned parts — covering most diameters, bores, and step dimensions across both metals and plastics. On standard cylindrical features, our lathes consistently hold tolerances within the Medium grade limits. If your design requires tighter control, mark those critical dimensions clearly on the 2D drawing. We will evaluate the tolerances and adjust the machining strategy accordingly. For selected precision features under ideal conditions, we can achieve tighter tolerances down to ±0.001mm — subject to design review, material selection, and additional measurement validation.
Basic Size Range (mm) Fine (ISO 2768-f) Medium (ISO 2768-m) Coarse (ISO 2768-c) Very Coarse (ISO 2768-v)
0.5 up to 3 ± 0.05mm ± 0.1mm ± 0.2mm
over 3 up to 6 ± 0.05mm ± 0.1mm ± 0.3mm ± 0.5mm
over 6 up to 30 ± 0.1mm ± 0.2mm ± 0.5mm ± 1mm
over 30 up to 120 ± 0.15mm ± 0.3mm ± 0.8mm ± 1.5mm
over 120 up to 400 ± 0.2mm ± 0.5mm ± 1.2mm ± 2.5mm
over 400 up to 1000 ± 0.3mm ± 0.8mm ± 2mm ± 4mm
over 1000 up to 2000 ± 0.5mm ± 1.2mm ± 3mm ± 6mm
over 2000 up to 4000 ± 2mm ± 4mm ± 8mm

CNC Lathe FAQs

How can I request a CNC turning quote?

Send your CAD files, drawings, material requirements, quantity, and finishing details. Our engineering team will review the project and provide a suitable manufacturing solution.

How do you ensure CNC turning quality?

Parts are inspected throughout production with dimensional checks and final quality verification. Drawings and critical features are reviewed before machining begins.

Can you produce both prototypes and production quantities?

Yes. We support single prototypes, small batches, and production runs with consistent machining processes and repeatable quality.

What is the typical lead time for CNC turned parts?

Lead time depends on part complexity, quantity, material, and finishing requirements. Simple prototypes can be completed quickly, while production orders are scheduled based on project scope.

What surface finishes are available for turned parts?

Available finishes include as-machined, polishing, bead blasting, anodizing, plating, and other finishing options depending on material and application requirements.

What tolerances can CNC turning achieve?

Standard turning tolerances depend on part geometry, material, and drawing requirements. For critical features, our CNC turning process can achieve tighter tolerances with proper tooling and inspection control.

What materials can be used for CNC turning?

We machine a wide range of metals and engineering plastics, including aluminum, stainless steel, steel, brass, copper, titanium, POM, Nylon, and PEEK. Special materials can be reviewed based on project requirements.
