3D Printing Across Industries

Rapid 3D printing helps accelerate product development with fast design iterations, functional prototypes, and end-use parts for a wide range of industries.

3D Printing Tolerances & Standards

3D printed parts have different dimensional behavior than machined metal. Our standard tolerance for functional prototypes follows ISO 2768-c (Coarse) , which accounts for material shrinkage and layer-by-layer accumulation inherent to the printing process. On typical outer dimensions, our printers consistently hold tolerances within the Coarse grade limits. If tight fits or critical interfaces are required, mark those features clearly in your CAD file or 2D drawing. We will adjust orientation, scaling, and post-processing parameters accordingly. For metal 3D printed parts, critical faces can be CNC post-machined to tighter tolerances upon request.
Basic Size Range (mm) Fine (ISO 2768-f) Medium (ISO 2768-m) Coarse (ISO 2768-c) Very Coarse (ISO 2768-v)

over 3 up to 6 ± 0.05mm ± 0.1mm ± 0.3mm ± 0.5mm
over 6 up to 30 ± 0.1mm ± 0.2mm ± 0.5mm ± 1mm
over 30 up to 120 ± 0.15mm ± 0.3mm ± 0.8mm ± 1.5mm
over 120 up to 400 ± 0.2mm ± 0.5mm ± 1.2mm ± 2.5mm
over 400 up to 1000 ± 0.3mm ± 0.8mm ± 2mm ± 4mm

3D Printing FAQs

How do you ensure 3D printing quality?

We review design files, optimize printing parameters, and inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface requirements.

How do I get a 3D printing quote?

Upload your CAD files with material, quantity, and finishing requirements. Our team will review your design and recommend the most suitable printing process.

Can 3D printing be used for production parts?

Yes. 3D printing is suitable for low-volume production, customized components, and parts with complex designs that are difficult to manufacture traditionally.

How fast can 3D printed parts be delivered?

Simple prototypes can be completed in as fast as 4 hours. Larger parts, multiple quantities, and post-processing requirements may require additional time.

What finishing options are available?

We offer support removal, sanding, polishing, painting, dyeing, vapor smoothing, and other post-processing options to improve appearance and performance.

What accuracy can 3D printing achieve?

Accuracy depends on printing technology, material, part size, and geometry. SLA provides high detail, while SLS/MJF and metal printing are suitable for functional applications.

What materials are available for 3D printing?

Materials include engineering resins, ABS-like resin, nylon, glass-filled nylon, aluminum alloys, stainless steel, and titanium depending on the selected printing process.

What 3D printing technologies do you offer?

We provide SLA resin printing, SLS/MJF nylon printing, and metal 3D printing for prototypes, functional parts, and complex geometries.
