CNC Machining Surface Finishes

Enhance performance, corrosion resistance, and appearance beyond the machined state. We offer a focused range of finishes to match your material, function, and timeline.

Nickel Plating

Nickel Plating

Nickel Plating

Adds a durable nickel layer for improved wear resistance, hardness, and corrosion protection. Common for functional components.

E-Coating (Electrophoretic Coating)

E-Coating (Electrophoretic Coating)

E-Coating (Electrophoretic Coating)

Applies an even, thin organic coating for excellent corrosion protection. Often used as a primer or standalone finish for steel parts.

Anodizing

Anodizing

Anodizing

Forms a hard, corrosionresistant oxide layer on aluminum. Available in clear, black, or colors for protection and aesthetics.

Grinding, Brushing & Polishing

Grinding, Brushing & Polishing

Grinding, Brushing & Polishing

Refining metal surfaces through mechanical grinding to remove tool marks and achieve a smooth base. We offer two primary finishing directions: Brushed finish, which creates a uniform linear grain for a clean, technical appearance; and Polished finish, which delivers a highly reflective, mirror-like surface suitable for decorative and optical parts.

Sandblasting / Bead Blasting

Sandblasting / Bead Blasting

Sandblasting / Bead Blasting

Creates a uniform matte texture that removes machining lines. Ideal for aluminum and stainless steel for a clean look.

Passivation

Passivation

Passivation

Chemical treatment removing surface contaminants and enhancing the natural corrosion resistance of stainless steel parts. Critical for medical, aerospace, and precision industrial applications.

CNC Machining Across Industries

From first article to full production, our CNC machining delivers consistent precision. Multi-axis capabilities handle complex geometries with tight tolerances — whether you need 1 part or 10,000 parts.

CNC Machining Tolerances & Standards

Our standard for CNC machined parts follows ISO 2768. For metal materials (aluminum, steel, titanium), we apply the ISO 2768-f (Fine) grade. For plastic machining, we use ISO 2768-m (Medium) — balancing functional fit with practical part costs. On standard features, our equipment consistently holds tolerances within the Fine grade limits. If your project requires tighter control than the Fine grade allows, mark those critical dimensions clearly on your 2D drawing. We review every tight-tolerance feature with your engineering team upfront, so we can plan the right machining strategy — meeting your precision targets without unnecessary cost or extended lead times.
Basic Size Range (mm) Fine (ISO 2768-f) Medium (ISO 2768-m) Coarse (ISO 2768-c) Very Coarse (ISO 2768-v)
0.5 up to 3 ± 0.05mm ± 0.1mm ± 0.2mm
over 3 up to 6 ± 0.05mm ± 0.1mm ± 0.3mm ± 0.5mm
over 6 up to 30 ± 0.1mm ± 0.2mm ± 0.5mm ± 1mm
over 30 up to 120 ± 0.15mm ± 0.3mm ± 0.8mm ± 1.5mm
over 120 up to 400 ± 0.2mm ± 0.5mm ± 1.2mm ± 2.5mm
over 400 up to 1000 ± 0.3mm ± 0.8mm ± 2mm ± 4mm
over 1000 up to 2000 ± 0.5mm ± 1.2mm ± 3mm ± 6mm
over 2000 up to 4000 ± 2mm ± 4mm ± 8mm
